Booking your Holiday
Your contract in respect of your holiday is made with Followme Travel LLP (‘the Company‘), registered in Delhi, India and all bookings are subject to these terms and conditions.
All bookings must be made through an authorized representative of the Company. At the time of booking the Company booking form must be completed and submitted together with a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the booking.
Receipt of the deposit and booking form by the Company does neither guarantee nor imply confirmation of the booking. No booking shall be confirmed until the Company issues a written notice. The Company reserves the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason and shall in that event return any deposit received.
Your holiday must be paid in full at least 15 days before the departure date. If payment is not received by the due date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit. The person who signs the booking form guarantees payment of the total amount shown on the booking form in accordance with these conditions. It is the responsibility of the signatory to ensure the Company receives payment in full by the due date. No reminders will be sent.
All special requests, such as dietary requirements etc., should be noted on the booking form or advised well in advance (subjesct to service provider rule & regulations).
Package cost is based on minimum Adults mentioned in the package cost grid fully paid Adults travelling together otherwise rate will increase.
Timings and schedules will be subject to change without prior notice.
All confirmations are subject to availability at the time of actual booking.
For International travel, The passport should be valid up to six months from the date of Return.
Passport Scanned first and last page (in PDF, all corners visible). Passport must have 2 blank pages.
We will give you a tentative proposed itinerary. The final itinerary will be given after confirmation of the tour package.
Price Policy
The Company is under no obligation to furnish a breakdown of the costs involved in a holiday.
The Company reserves the right to notify you of any increase in price before accepting your booking.
After a Confirmation Invoice has been issued, unless you choose to pay for your holiday in full at the time of booking, the price of your holiday is subject to the possibilities of surcharges in certain limited circumstances. However, a surcharge will only be levied to allow for variations in transportation cost, including cost of fuel, increase in normal published airfares, taxes or fees chargeable for services such as landing taxes at airports, the exchange rate applied to the particular package or if the government or regulatory body introduce an increase of taxes. Even then, the Company will absorb an amount equal to 2% of your holiday price (excluding insurance premiums and amendment charges) before passing on any surcharge to you. Only amounts in excess of this 2% will be surcharged. Surcharges will be notified by a revised Confirmation Invoice sent to you.
If a surcharge would increase the total holiday price shown on your original Confirmation Invoice by 10% or more, you may cancel your booking within 14 days of the date of issue of the revised Invoice and obtain a full refund of all payments made to the Company and any amendment charges previously incurred.
Optionally, you may choose to pay for your holiday in full at the time of booking, in which case your holiday price will be fixed at the cost quoted by the Company at the time. To qualify for this benefit you should return the Confirmation Invoice to the Company with full payment to reach the Company within 3 days of the date printed on the Confirmation Invoice.

We are not responsible for any missed breakfast due to timings.
We are not responsible for any Extra baggage charges by any airlines for the clients.
AC Coach will be provided for particular services mentioned only. All pax must be present on time to use the services or we will not responsible for any missed services.
The above quotation has been based on specific Airline/hotel. In case the seat/room are not available as specified above, the alternate Airline/hotel will be suggested. The difference in cost (if any) is payable extra by traveler.
While we may make recommendations for hotels all around the world, we do not guarantee and are not responsible for the services/ infrastructure provided by the Hotels. We also request you to check hotel locations and services they provide. We strongly urge you to do your own research and make an informed choice.
We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfer of similar category.
No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours.
Payment for the tour must be made as per the invoice and payment terms & conditions. The rate of exchange is charged on the date of payment as per present RBI regulations and are subject to change without any prior notice.
Cancellation & Date change Policies are as per Airline, Hotel & Cruise Rules. FollowMe Travel LLP (FMT) is not responsible for any damages due to Cancellation & Date change Charges by any carrier or service provider.
The applicable Rate of Exchange for initial payment/ booking amount shall be determined by the prevailing rate on the date/ day of booking and balance payment will be charged as per the prevailing rates on that particular day
The taxes and visa charges mentioned are as on date and in the event of any changes may be amended and pay as per actual.
Any further increase in the air fare due to an increase in the fuel Price, change in Government taxes, regulation, etc., charged by the airline will be borne by the passengers. FollowMe Travel (FMT) will not be responsible for the same.
Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to increase in surface transportation and land arrange-ments which may come into effect prior to departure
Itinerary is subject to change / swap without any prior notice
Any disputes arising from the fulfilment of the provisions contained in "terms and conditions" shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of a civil court competent at the registered address of Followme Travel LLP. We reserve the right to add or alter these regulations, terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
We request customers to read all the above terms & conditions before confirming the package. We are very happy to clarify any doubts, if any, otherwise we will assume that the customer have agreed our all terms & conditions to book the package with us.
